This durable outboard starter is compatible with Mercury and Mariner models that feature 100-125 HP Inline 4-cylinder engines and 80 HP Jet with an 8-tooth drive gear.

To ensure optimal performance, ARCO recommends the use of a fully charged battery. A weak battery may damage both the starter and starter solenoid. Additionally, all electrical connections should be cleaned to prevent resistance caused by corrosion, which can impede the starting circuit.
