NMEA2000 Micro Cable Assembly - 0.25M

This 0.25M NMEA2000 Micro Cable Assembly is designed for flexibility and reliability, making it perfect for use as a drop cable from an NMEA 2000 backbone or for extending backbone lengths. The cable features premium UL-certified materials, ensuring high-quality performance and easy installation.

The assembly comprises five wires encased in a single waterproof cable, which includes power, ground, and two data signal wires, along with a drain wire for shielding against Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). The drain wire connects to the cable shield to protect the signal integrity and minimize RFI emissions.

This cable can be utilized to form a backbone that extends up to 100 meters. For longer setups, NMEA2000 mini cables can be used to extend the backbone while adhering to the specified maximum lengths. Importantly, drop cable lengths must not exceed 6 meters, and the cumulative drop lengths should stay within a maximum of 72 meters.

The NMEA2000 connector and cable range is developed with extensive interconnect expertise and adherence to NMEA standards, ensuring robust interoperability and performance.
