BI-100 Smart Battery Integrator

The BI-100 Smart Battery Integrator is designed to simultaneously charge multiple battery banks without diode isolators. It integrates batteries during charging and isolates them when the charge voltage is absent, preventing unwanted discharge between the primary and secondary batteries.

This device operates as an intelligent switch, connecting different battery banks only when a charging voltage of at least 13.2 VDC or 26.4 VDC is present (depending on the model). It eliminates any voltage drop in the charging system, ensuring efficient operation.

Once the alternator or charger is off, or if a heavy load drops the voltage below the preset disconnect point, the integrator disconnects the banks, allowing selective discharge. This feature prevents draining from one bank to another. Additionally, it can be activated remotely using a key starter or manual switch, providing a power boost from the secondary battery when needed during engine start.
