Marketing Information:This fast-acting floor finish liquefier will solve stripping difficulties caused by frequent high-speed burnishing, super-hard urethane fortified finishes or excessive buildup. It is designed to remove layers of floor finish in less time with less effort and no rinsing. Floors are ready to re-coat without neutralizing when used as directed. Use on hard-surface floors in a range of dilution ratios to do the job. Low-foaming formula is recommended for removing water-based acrylic floor finishes for all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces. Ax-it Plus is not recommended for stripping linoleum or sheet vinyl floors.

Directions/Instructions:

• Recommended ESIor removing water-based acrylic floor finishes from all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces. Pre-test in a small area; color bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile or asphalt tile.
• Not recommended for stripping linoleum or sheet vinyl floors.
• Sweep or dust mop the floor to remove any large debris. Dilute with warm to hot water.
• For normal stripping, dilute 13 oz./gal. or 100 mL/L (1:10) of water.
• For heavy stripping, dilute 25 oz./gal. or 200 mL/L (1:5) of water.
• Apply solution liberally to floor surface. Allow a minimum of 5 minutes contact time. Be sure to keep surface wet at all times. Agitate with a low-speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber or stripping machine. Pick up the solution with a wet vacuum, an automatic scrubber or a mop and bucket and thoroughly rinse the floor. Allow floor to dry completely before applying finish or sealer. No flood rinsing is necessary if surface appears free of dust and residue. Please recycle empty container.
