Use Final Step Sanitizer in public eating places and commercial sinks for sink immersion of utensils as well as on dairy processing and food-processing equipment. It yields a concentration of 200 ppm active quat. With the dilution control system of Optifill, the job of sanitizing is done thoroughly and correctly every time. Sanitizer with a quaternary scent is Kosher certified and NSF D2 listed.

• Place bottle on sink partition.
• Adjust slide on bottle to secure on sink partition and close drain.
• Align bottle so that flow of water from the faucet falls directly into inlet on top of bottle. (faucet drop height of 4-8" is required)
• Fill sink with water at a flow rate of 4-8 gallons/minute (15-30 liters/minute).
