Keep stretch cords in garages, under sinks or inside car trunks. Use them to strap items down and keep them secure. Stretch cords provide constant tension with heavy duty elastic straps and sturdy plastic-coated metal hooks. Each cord measures approximately 18" long. There are 3 stretch cords per poly bag and 30 poly bags per counter top display.
